Delivery of your order

Fix'Style sends all orders via the services of La Poste in tracked letter without signature.

Delivery of your products in metropolitan France and Monaco is free for orders over 30€. The delivery of an order less than 30€ is charged 2€60. 

For French overseas departments and territories, Europe and the rest of the world, delivery is free for orders over 45€.

The delivery costs for international deliveries are 5€ for orders under 45€, for a tracked letter order. You also have the option of sending a "simple letter without tracking". This stamp is charged at 2€50. It is recommended to use a tracked shipment. Without a tracking number we cannot accept any claims. 

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 to 72 hours. 

It takes 2 to 3 days for La Poste to deliver your package.

For all internet purchases, you have the right to change your mind. Contact us (contact@fixstyle.fr) within 14 days of receiving the product. Send the product back to us in perfect condition and we will endeavour to refund you within 14 days for all costs except the return postage, which you will have to pay.

At present, we offer you only one method of payment by bank card: E-transactions from Crédit Agricole, a certified organisation in terms of secure payment on the Internet. We use the SSL process to ensure the highest possible security for credit card payments.
