Yes, that's quite normal. These are plastic parts, printed using the 3D printing process.  This consists of superimposing layers of molten material to compose the 3D object. Indeed, the layers are quite visible on the printed objects. The material used is PLA, a biodegradable material obtained from corn starch or sugars, which is used mainly in food packaging. By using PLA in 3D printing, it becomes rigid and has a rough surface, unlike conventional plastic. All the parts are checked before shipping and we touch up the models accurately without altering the quality of the print. We have chosen not to use toxic products to smooth the surface of the models. 

We work with craftsmen in the Loiret region to manufacture the 3D parts. The stickers are also printed in the Loiret. We assemble all the bracelets and other items in our workshop located in the Loiret. 

We advise you to wash it by hand in cold or warm water. Do not use chemicals and do not put it in the washing machine.

The 3D parts can be rinsed with lukewarm water. Do not leave your cuff exposed to a heat source, such as on the dashboard of the car. The 3D model can become deformed at 60° and above.

For an order under 30€, we charge 2€60 for delivery in France and Monaco. For an order over 30€, delivery is free. 

For Europe and French overseas departments and territories, delivery costs for an order under 45€ are 5€. Free delivery for all orders over 45€.

For foreign countries, you have the option of sending a "simple letter without tracking". This stamp is charged at 2€50. It is recommended to use a tracked shipment. Without a tracking number we cannot accept any claims.

First, get your tracking number from the Post Office and check the shipping status of your order. 

Then, please contact us at so that we can open a dispute with the Post Office. The Post Office has a 72-hour period before replying to us.


The account you create to order requires a complicated password. You can delete the account after ordering if you wish. You will not be able to save your bank details for future purchases.   

At the moment, we offer you only one method of payment by credit card: E-transactions from Crédit Agricole, a certified organisation in terms of secure payment on the Internet. We use the SSL process to make credit card payments as secure as possible.
